This handy sticker pack, covering all 14 allergens as detailed in the EU Food Information Regulation, can be used in conjunction with our free menu templates as well as in the journals and on record cards.  Along with the stickers, there is also a card which explains the allergens and some examples of where they can be found.

Please note that the stickers indicate a type of allergen only and early years and childcare providers will still need to specify the actual ingredient - for example, a nut allergy, some further explanation is also needed: Nuts - you need to specify if there is almond, hazelnut, walnut, cashew, pecan nut, Brazil nut, pistachio nut and macadamia nut (also known as Queensland nut).

There are 50 stickers to a sheet and 15 sheets in a pack, so a huge 750 stickers!
