Single-use digital contracts for childminders in Wales, setting out the professional relationship between the registered childminder and parent. 

PACEY Wales Digital Childminder Contracts, with additional guidance notes, are designed to better protect you and reduce common areas of dispute, such as deposits, holidays and payments. Tried and tested, these contracts are regularly reviewed by our legal team to ensure they are what you need.

Please note these contracts, for use by childminders in Wales, are digital and single-use only. Once completed and signed by both parent and childminder they cannot be amended but they can be printed and will be stored as PDFs.

You will not receive a hard copy but will receive a link to complete your contract online. You will need access to a computer, laptop or tablet and basic IT skills to be able to complete the contracts. We would not advise attempting to complete the contract on a smartphone. If a contract is being checked on a smartphone or tablet please ensure that the software is updated.
